• Responsible for preparing of IWP for various construction activities.

• Provide guidance on all matters relating to mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning systems acceptance.

• Coordinate the inspection walk down for multi areas related to mechanical and civil activities.

• Ensures completeness of handover dossier from construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning as well as the contractual handover documentations in coordination with the relevant discipline and department heads.

• Report to the Field include construction leads on system completion daily activities and work progress.

• Reviewed progress controls for project quality assurance, health and safety.

• Greet customers when they arrive at the parts and service center and direct them to an available mechanic.

• Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.

• Provide customers with in-depth information about available aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options.

• Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.

• Manage and oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling.
