* Provide leadership and supervision of Catering Technology team of Engineer & technicians.

* Manage the departmental employees having the SUPERUSER roles for the ERP system, in performing their ERP activities.

* Implementing PMS for Oman Air Catering staff.

* Responsible for the technical evaluation of quotation received from suppliers/vendors against released RFPs/RFQs through Oman Air SCM.
* Preparation & presentation of annual IT budget including CAPEX and OPEX, by consolidating the information from all the catering business units and in coordination with HR department for the procurement of additional equipment for the new employees as per manpower budget/forecast. To be prepared at the beginning of every budget cycle.
* Ensure that every department must utilize/stays within its designated budget and budget swapping/item swapping is only to be authorized/approved by Officer (Cost Control) or GM-Finance.
* Provide leadership for delivery of 24/7/365 service operations and KPI compliance. Establish metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to continually improve the performance of IT operations.
* Provide infrastructure services by enabling innovation and leveraging IT trends that can create business value consistent with organization’s goals.
* Coordination with Oman Air IT Department for the standardization and on time upgrade of all the software and their licenses being utilized in the catering facility.

* Participate in Technology strategic planning and lead for project planning and annual budget planning both for CAPEX and OPEX for own section requirements to cater for organization’s business needs.
