• Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the project including scope of services, project execution plan, proposal/project schedule including manpower and other resource projection plan.
• Manage crews for P1 jobs, PM, CM and Prepare FCP, PSM, integrate and demolition job schedules.
• Prepare the report for vehicles including canter and heavy equipment's Send
• Delay report about what we finished yesterday in electrical, mechanical, civil, instrument activities.
• Manage shutdown meeting, prepare plan to crews for the activities Supply the client for any details what they request.
• Monitor project progress and analyze work performance data against project baseline program and intimate the project team of current project status, critical items and look ahead plans.
