Responsibilities:

• Monitors all road projects within PDO facilities and properties to ensure the work is executed in compliance with relevant standards such as (but not limited to) PDO standards, local standards, and Shell DEPs.

• Reviews Quality Control Plans and ensures their implementation throughout all project stages.

• Monitors and coordinates all road projects activities executed by contractors to ensure their compliance with PDO standards, Shell DEPs, and any relevant local standards.

• Ensures timely delivery of road projects in line with PDO standards, Shell DEPs, and relevant local standards.

• Reviews roads designs and identifies any quality or safety issues/risks that could cause delays or challenges to project execution and acts to solve or mitigate issues/risks during early stages of project.

• Provides technical support to roads project delivery team during end-to-end project execution in defining scope of work, design criteria, work schedule, and project execution procedures.

• Reviews and approves change order requests for additions, deletions, or changes to the original scope of work.

• Reports project status including progress, risks and delays to the Project Delivery Team Lead.

• Reviews the planning and scheduling of all the road projects.

• Delegates responsibilities and tasks to team members and contractors with clear timelines and expectations on quality.

• Reviews the performance of team members in an objective, fair and transparent manner and holds people accountable for performance and prepares development plans in line with employee aspirations and Corporate Real Estate objectives.

• Identifies and plans expenses during year in alignment with business objectives and priorities.

• Provides input in finalizing budget for department and section and monitors budget continuously.

• Highlights and prepares a business case for deviations from budget/expenditures on unplanned activities.

• Understands the HSE standards of PDO and adheres to them at all times.

• Reports incidents of HSE violations and lapses to relevant authority.

• Adheres to Company policies and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities:

• To achieve the daily targets accumulating along the programming schedule.

• Well knowledge about Service roads works(GSB,WMM,DBM&BITUM).

• Good knowledge about quality assurance.

• Monitoring safety procedures and work progress.

• Supervision of various civil activities on different projects.

• Visiting site and monitoring the progress of work.

• Coordinating with clients, engineers and sub-contractors

• To lead a team to varies site work like pile, pile cap, footing, pier and pier cap, soffit slab, deck slab and wearing coat works. • Well knowledge about solar plate foundation, tower foundation, like liner pile, casing pile foundation.

• Supervise all the planning and scheduling for projects with the team.

• Conducting daily progress meetings with sub-contractors and attending weekly meetings with the clients.

• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to higher authority person for his review.

Responsibilities:

• To Executive and Monitoring Reinforcements And Shuttering Works As Per Drawing.

• To Executive Raft, Slab, Column, RC Wall, Beams And Structural Works.

• Good knowledge about quality assurance.

• Monitoring safety procedures and work progress.

• Supervision of various civil activities on different projects.

• Visiting site and monitoring progress of work.

• Coordinating with clients, engineers and sub-contractors.

• Directly responsible for supervision and quality assurance of civil activities.

• Maintaining a quality check for the complete work and highlighting if any shortfall

• Knowledge in cost estimation, billing and quantity surveying.

• To ensure that execution is planned as per the planning schedule and confirm activities from engineering drawing approved for construction.

• Co-ordinate with client for various site technical works.

• Sound Knowledge about pre-casting beam, pre-stressing (Post-tensioning).

• Well knowledge about man hole, pipe support and pre-cast foundation installation...

• Responsible to lead a team for various site works like (Raft, wall column, tie beam, slab (all structural works.)

• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to higher authority person for review.

• Knowledge in Auto Cad 2008.

• Good knowledge about casting and liner pilling works.

• Well Knowledge in pile cap and footing mark-up works.
