· Worked on gas wells in Khazzan, handling unique challenges such as high-depth, high-temperature environments, designing cement slurries to withstand gas migration, and ensuring effective zonal isolation.

· Managed cementing operations for gas well completions, including liner cementing, stage cementing, and remedial cementing activities.

· Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement gas-tight barrier solutions and prevent well control incidents.

· Introducing innovative technologies to enhance project outcomes.

· Extensive knowledge of casing equipment, including float equipment, centralizers, multistage tools, baskets, and flowmeters.

· Overseeing BP operations involving high-depth, high-temperature slim and fat designs with inner string displacement.

Field Exposure in Oman: Attended and supervised several cement jobs including 13-3/8”, 9-5/8” casing, 7” liner, plug jobs and 4-1/2” completion jobs in south and Norths. In addition to this, attended jobs in BP fields on Khazzan.

· Worked in cement lab under supervision of lab supervisor and senior lab techs to gain experience on testing and designing of cement slurries.

· Worked in Fahud and Adam base side by side with the field crew to gain knowledge of cementing unit, batch mixer and bulk plant.

· Attended numerous field jobs and worked with the cement crew for rig up, rig down, mixing and execution of cement jobs.

· Preparation of cement job program, involving job volume calculations, costs etc. in meetings with the client representative and Halliburton cement engineers.

· Job Designing: Gained invaluable experience in designing cement jobs.

· Pre-job and Post Job Reporting: Development of Job Designs using Halliburton Simulators, Basic Real Time Data Acquisition, and Real Time Quality Control through acquisition of advanced data like Real time ECD. Also involved in post job analysis of cement jobs by Design vs. RT comparisons.

· Liaise and interact with different professionals including Mud Engineers, Loggers, Directional Drillers, MWD/LWD Engineers & Geologists to design, execute and evaluate cement jobs.
