- Follow up with facility management company( COMO) and property management company ( Savills).
- Updating the tenants file.
- Attending some of the meeting related to property.
- Reviewing the monthey report from COMO & Savills.
- updating all corporate files if neede.
Work Related Administration:
- Stationary and pantry orders.
- Request for quotations with regards to procurement.
- Preparing RFP ( Request for proposal)
- Billing internal memo and reports.
- Drafting minuets of meeting if required.
