Greetings, 

My name is Shankar Srinivasan and I am applying for the position of Office administrator. With two years of experience in the administrative field, I believe I have the necessary skills and qualifications to be an excellent addition to your team. I have a solid background in providing administrative services in a variety of environments (Engineering departments). I am highly organized and detail-oriented, and have good communication and problem-solving skills by giving ideas. I am also knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other related software programs.

In my current job position as a PPM Operator at the Ministry of Health.I am responsible for managing and organizing documents as well as coordinating all jobs in various departments(Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HVAC and Biomedical Department). I also had the opportunity to work with a wide range of staff and clients and I was able to develop strong working relationships with all of them. I am confident that I will be an asset to your team. I am eager to learn more about the position. I have experience working in different areas such as training, teaching, technical, non-technical, and administrative, despite not having a degree I have the ability to work in the task given to me. In the past, I was hired based on my performance rather than my interview performance or resume.

In 2022 ,The Director of Engineering and Maintenance (Ministry of Health Al Dhahirah Governorate) has requested that the new Contractor Company to hire me at Ibri Regional Hospital as a PPM Operator. I have been selected based on my work and my dedication to the work. 

For the last two years, there is no replacement for my position. A policy enacted by the government of Oman in 1988 aimed at replacing expatriate workers with trained Omani Personnel. Still it was put on hold because they are finding a suitable replacement for my position.
