- Provide administrative support to client (Engineering department AC, Civil , Electrical , Mechanical and Bio Medical )and other staff members & technician .
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, emails, and other correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, and direct them to appropriate individual supervisor or Ministry Engineers.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain site spares supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis for yearly meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.(Delivery Order, Invoice,Service Report,Installation Report,Warranty, Certificate etc...)
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with site in charge with company salary invoice and timesheet .
- Coordinate client finance department regarding supplier invoice , delay in delivery , penalty letter , Warning letter etc… .
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.

In my current job position as a PPM Operator at the Ministry of Health.I am responsible for managing and organizing documents as well as coordinating all jobs in various departments(Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HVAC and Biomedical Department). In 2022 ,The Director of Engineering and Maintenance (Ministry of Health Al Dhahirah Governorate) has requested that the new Contractor Company to hire me at Ibri Regional Hospital as a PPM Operator. I have been selected based on my work and my dedication to the work.
For the last two years, there is no replacement for my position. A policy enacted by the government of Oman in 1988 aimed at replacing expatriate workers with trained Omani Personnel. Still it was put on hold because they are finding a suitable replacement for my position.
