• Manage a diverse portfolio exceeding OMR 20 million, including flagship national projects such as: National Autism Center, Sur Traffic Safety Institute, Sur Walkway & Corniche Enhancements, Public Parks, Youth Centers, and the Masar development corridors.
• Provide cost and time estimates for SI proposals; verify designs, BOQs, drawings, and vendor submissions; and coordinate with CPL to obtain technical and commercial compliance.
• Directly oversee consultants and contractors, monitor progress, validate materials, and resolve site-level deviations to safeguard quality and minimize risks.
• Drive risk assessments, change-control procedures, and mitigation actions across all projects.
• Lead the preparation, review, and submission of Post Implementation Review (PIR) reports, highlighting lessons learned and performance improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen stakeholder relations with governors, municipalities, ministries, NGOs, and community leaders, ensuring smooth project approvals and alignment.
• Guide the communications team on branding requirements for SI projects, ensuring visibility and compliance with OLNG corporate guidelines.
• Lead and mentor the ODF/21 project management team, including outsourced resources, ensuring high performance, capability building, and clear KPIs.
• Support audit cycles (Internal Audit, State Audit, ISO), ensuring submission of required documents and full compliance—successfully passed 6 complete audit cycles with zero major findings.
• Manage consultants’ framework contracts, technical evaluations, and renewal processes.
• Represent Oman LNG as spokesperson at national and international events; selected as speaker for the World Gas Conference (WGC 2025 – China).
• Lead Lean initiatives improving project governance, reducing cycle times, and strengthening documentation and risk controls across ODF.
