Duties Responsibilities
- I. PLANNING
- Developing Project / Construction HSE plan for the project.
- Developing Emergency response plan, Journey Management plan, and Welfare Management plan for the project.
- Developing safe system of work at site.
- Preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Risk Assessments (RA).
- Planning for disposal of waste being generated on day-to-day basis in the construction phase
- II. IMPLEMENTATION
- Providing Safety Induction Course for the new employees in co- ordination with Client HSE Department.
- Conducting Safety Trainings & other motivation programs.
- Implementing safe system of work.
- Encouraging the project team to safeguard the environment and proposing ideas to reduce the carbon foot prints.
- Organizing campaign for the project to improve the awareness of the workforce.
- Organizing and conducting safety committee walkthrough / inspection / meetings
- III. MONITORING:
- Active & Reactive Safety monitoring measures.
- Monitoring Work permit system (PTW audit).
- Conducting Safety Inspections, Tours, Surveys, etc.
- Conducting HSE Audits for the sub-contractors.
- Organizing HSE Committee walkthrough, inspections, etc.

- Investigating all reported near misses/observations to the management and submitting near miss analyze report to the top management and also suggesting management level action to be taken to avoid the reoccurrence.

- Conducting meetings to review the HSE performance.
- Analyzing the leading / lagging indicators & suggesting actions to improve the HSE performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly safety reports for submission to Client.
- Maintain HSE documents as per Project HSE Plan.
