As a Quality Auditor, I lead the OPAL Camp project, overseeing and evaluating all accommodation units (camps) within Oman's oil and gas sector to ensure compliance with established timelines. My primary objective is to identify and implement process improvements that enhance both efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, I take charge of planning and managing the auditors' team, ensuring the smooth execution of audits. I also address and resolve any challenges that arise throughout the project, ensuring continuous progress and successful outcomes.

As a Quality Specialist, I served as a Quality Auditor and led the OPAL STAR Project. My responsibilities included overseeing training center recognition, course approval, and the accreditation of assessment centers. I regularly conducted audits, assessed the technical proficiency of teaching staff, and analyzed learner feedback to evaluate the performance of training providers. Additionally, I worked closely with the OPAL Sector Skills Units Department to ensure the effective operation of Training for Employment Programs.
