  • Monitors and measures the contract performance against the scorecards and reports any deviations from the defined scorecard.
  • Monitors the approved contract value and informs the contact in the case of diminishing of approved contract value.
  • Directs the administration of contracts and ensures that all required information is registered and maintained in the SAP System.
  • Ensures that contract related conflicts and issues are addressed promptly and rectified on a timely manner.
  • Communicates the contract status to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with contract holders to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions related to HSE and professional fees.
  • Reviews contracts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies in alignment with PDO's policies and processes.
  • Follows up with contract holders on the submission of relevant contract documents and ensures and all contract requirements are met.
  • Ensure alignment with payroll report (number of staff).
  • Agree labour breakdown to payroll report and obtain confirmation at bank.
  • Ensure person exists in the attached payroll.
  • For leave travel: ensure person exists in prior month's payroll.
  • Ensure 3rd party invoice are presented and credited.
  • Obtain evidence of payment (For UK employees' payment run with names redacted).
  • Agree L4 breakdown to CALLC invoice and MI report (Environmental, Housekeeping, and Catering & Laundry).
  • Ensure further back up of material and labour and overheads if the payment per subcontractor for the service.
  • Analyze MI report variance from previous month.
  • Monthly inventory analysis: min/max stock levels. Lifetime of inventory on shelves — (can it be transferred/does it need to be written off/should it be excluded).
  • Verify approvals for technical specification for all the purchases.
  • Obtain stock reconciliations for central stores and each site.
  • Verify the stock levels beyond maximum and below minimum balance requirements.
  • Monitor monthly payments and exclude unapproved items.
  • Site Visit to determine Quantity Surveyor review process.
  • Maintenance manpower reconciliation - coastal.
  • Several visits to MAF kitchen to check the Catering Cost and comparing it with the Mandays report.
  • Quantify saving opportunities (E.g. Transfer of Bahja PAC staff to PDO camps, option of using PDO lease pool vehicles rather than the current statues)

  • Develop and work closely with UIBB and UIBCM on the on-boarding tool for all new joiners within UIB.
