➡ Inspection of piping system and confirm according to Isometric drawing, detail drawing and GA drawing.
➡ In process inspection of tank & piping spools.
➡ Visual Inspection of root, final weld bead and witness of root Dye Penetration test.
➡ Coordinate for Radiography of piping spools and review the radiography film interpretation as per ASME sec VIII Div-1 acceptance criteria.
➡ Witness of PWQT as per ASME IX and pneumatic test for pads.

➡ Fit-up inspection of GRE/RTR piping.

➡ Checked flange orientation of RTR piping and hydro testing of under ground lines.

➡ Close visual inspection of lamination joints, adhesive joints and mechanical type joints.

➡ To carryout Barcol hardness in RTR lamination joints.

➡ Witness of alignment and assembly inspection of RTR piping.

➡ Review inspection test plan and prepare daily inspection report in MERIDIUM.

➡ Inspection of piping system of the plant and confirm according to Isometric drawing, detail drawing and GA drawing.

➡ Final visual inspection and hydro testing witness of heat exchangers, tank firm and vessels as per ASME sec VIII Div-1 and TEMA class.
➡ Witness of PAUT, PMI, Hardness testing and thickness survey.
➡ Witness of PWQT as per ASME IX and pneumatic test for pads.
➡ Review of Radiography film interpretation of the piping weld joints.

➡ Audit of welding consumables baking, welder qualification card etc.
➡ Painting and blasting inspection of piping spools, fabricated items, NACE pipes etc.
➡ Review and witness for UT, MPI, PT, HARDNESS testing, PWHT charts & reports.

➡ Final piping visual inspection, long bend pipe and hydro testing of piping spools.
➡ Checked fabricated piping spools, piping assembly as per detail isometric drawing.
➡ Ensure flange alignment, straightness of piping spools after welding deformation.
➡ Monitoring daily welding activities as per approved WPS.
➡ Monitor preheat, inter pass and PWHT temperatures of piping joint if applicable as per WPS.

➡ To ensure welding parameters like volts, amps and travel speed to control heat input as per WPS.

➡ Review of inspection test plan and follow the inspection as per test plan.

➡ Co-ordinate third party inspection.

➡ Dimension, weld visual inspection and PT of weld joint for heavy duty duct.

➡ Final piping spool visual inspection and hydro testing witness of fabricated piping spools.
