* My Responsibilities:

- Maintaining the quality inspection record, inspection and test plan.

- Inspecting incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality.

- Client inspection coordination.

- Following standard operating procedures for inspections and tests.

- Verification of butt heat fusion welder procedure specification and butt heat fusion welder operator’s qualifications.

- Verification of air test, pulling, box up and hydro test.

- Recording all stages/ parameters at appropriate intervals in the inspection record.

- Updating quality control records and reports.

- Participating in team meetings to discuss progress and results, providing ideas and suggestions for improvement.

- Improving product quality by conducting thorough inspections and identifying defects in a timely manner.

- Reporting repeated issues to supervisors and other departments, collaborating to identify issue roots and rectify problems.

* Having certificate in C SWIP 3.1 course.

* Experience in White Superior and Ariel Compressors.

* Experience in Waukesha Reciprocating Gas Engines.

* Experience in dismantling, assembling and alignment of Centrifugal Pumps.

* My Responsibilities:

- Assembling and disassembling equipment to perform repairs and maintenance.

- Checking the equipment’s, Compressors, Engines, Pumps, operating systems and correct wherever necessary.

- Frequently diagnosing mechanical problems and determining how to correct issues.

- Repairing and performing corrective & preventive maintenance as per established standards and make the reports.

-Maintaining cleaning and organizing work area to easily locate repairing tools and equipment.

- Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.

- Resolving different equipments like, Motor, Pump, Conveyor and Hydraulic problems.

- Resolving mechanical issues using both technical and manual skills.

- Using different types of measurement tools like Vernier caliper, Micrometer and Dial Gauge at work.

- Showing expertise in working with team and independently.

- Lead production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activity and serve as the responsible charge for projects.

- Measuring the performance of mechanical equipments.

- Maintaining, modifying equipments like, Compressors& Pumps.

- Troubleshooting problems, determining solutions and implementing repairs for station equipments.
