My name is Ali Said Ahmed Almarhoon. I'm from Sultanate of Oman. I was born in Salalah in 15 DEC 1985. I graduated from Sultan Qaboos University with a bachelor degree in accounting. I have strong background in accounting as my major specialization. I'm so excited and anxious to join your company because i feel i will achieve my ambitions and dreams there as to be a successful Accountant and increase productivity, performance and profitability. Moreover, the protection of the reputation of the company is the main concept. I have work experience of accounting in Ministry of finance for more than 12 years. Also, i have complete many courses in relation with my discipline. As a matter of fact, i like accounting and i would like to be a professional in this field. I've gained excellent skills in financial accounting, managerial accounting, cost accounting, advanced accounting and intermediate accounting. The most favorite part for me in accounting and finance is financial analysis which require financial ratios and they are classified as following:
- liquidity ratios ( current & quick )
- leverage ratios ( debt-to-asset ratio / debt-to-equity ratio/ times-interest-earned ratio )
- activity ratios ( total-asset-turnover ratio / fixed-asset-turnover ratio )
- profitability ratios ( gross profit margin / return on total assets /return on allocated equity)
Obviously, i don't want to miss this great opportunity and i wish i will hear from you soon......
As a point of view, Many companies don't pay attention to scarce candidates who have the appropriate skills to handle certain assignment or mission but they concern with whom they have been working for couples of years . In my opinion, it is not considered to be the criterion for selection process for an employee. Give those people the opportunity to compete with other candidates or at least test them so, they could meet the requirements. What i would like that I’m willing and able to handle many tasks under pressure or hard circumstances. I'm able to empower the staff to increase the productivity line and lead it to the safety point. I will do as much as i can to achieve the entity's target.
As my academic experience , accountant should be a problem-solver and that indicate the personal insight for accountant. He/She should be trusted by the staff and he exchange this trust and be honest with them as a motivation element. Also, accountant should be energetic and ready to make right decisions toward errors. As an Auditor you should be brave to include all financial errors in the auditing report. Excellent accountant wouldn't be afraid to answer hard questions when he/she being at a risk. Furthermore, accountant should have a clear vision to predict the future of the company by analyzing the current financial position, productivity, performance and economic circumstances.

I spent most of my time reading business articles and tracing economic events in newspaper, magazines and TV . When i have leisure time i tend to use my laptop browsing websites or watching youtube or even searching for puzzles or IQ tests to solve and improve my mental and memorizing skills . I joined a fitness club for workout and losing fats and keep my body healthy and managing to reduce weight for one hour daily because i you know " the perfect mind is in healthy body" and " An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure" . After finishing my workout at Gym i like to go to swimming in a pool which is better for building and forming muscles and skin tightening
