• Completing Purchase Order forms and issuing Purchase Orders in accordance with applicable Client Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
• Assisting in the development of procurement reporting metrics, e.g. open PO reports, PO closures, database clean up, etc.
• Coordinating with the Client, On-shore team, and internal teams on process and other issues.
• Attending Process and Operations calls, both internal and external.
• Training of new joiners and provide floor support and manage the team
• Gave various ideas / suggestions related to Client Value Creation thereby reducing overhead costs
• Resolving material delay issues like delays, wrong supply, documentation discrepancies, interacting with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of material at site. Moreover resolving invoice descrepancies payment and LC issues to ensure accurate account payable to the supplier.
• Issuing Letter of Intent to the suppliers after commercial finalization & providing Technical submittals to project team for client/consultant approval process.
• Responsible for Order .Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment

Material Replenishment upto the minimum BOQ and measuring Supplier Performance as per the minimum set benchmark.

• Assisted in establishing efficient workflow processes, monitored daily productivity and implemented modifications to improve overall effectiveness of purchase activities.
• Assisted in managing supplier database with updating of the supplier list and performance of each concern.
