• Participate in major equipment trips and failure investigations – Root Cause Analyses (RCA)
• Ensure that effective execution 100% of planned maintenance activities /services are carried out & completed in accordance to maintenance best practice and within time frame
• Coordinate with reliability team for any consult or visit
• Ensure all the special tools and materials and skilled manpower availability for the planned activities
• Ensure all planned maintenance activities executed as per plan
• Ensure rotating equipment maintenance history & reports are updated in SAP
• Communicates with Operation, Planning, HSE and other departments for coordination of complex maintenance activities.
• Approved for PDO and OQ PTW system.

Project – INTEGRATED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT – PDO

• Responsible for the Rehabilitation of oil storage tanks of various heights and diameters, vessels, separator in PDO
• Handle Tank sludge removal and cleaning works as per PDO recommendation
• Handle complete mechanical repair work in Tank & Vessel
• Preparation of method of statements, lifting plan and scope of works as per PDO rules
• Ensure proper working atmosphere (Gas freeing/Gas test Isolation/blinding, Valid work permit, proper PPE & tools) prior to start work
• Ensure all PDO rules are properly implemented (Golden rules & Lifesaving rule)
• Close supervision on critical jobs with the site supervisors and ensure client requirements
• Handling of pump removal & servicing job (Strainer cleaning, skid cleaning and pin fin cooler cleaning)
• Handle flow line and equipment's RV calibration, reinstallation and all valve installation, removal & servicing works in PDO
• Properly attend all PM jobs as per schedule, complies with the plan
• Analyze 100% of planning schedules, documentations and get work progress by the co-operation with the Planning engineers
• Identifying, Analyzing and Resolving Issues and problems related to Quality for Construction of oil & Gas and Petrochemical field
• Control resource management/ manpower deployment/utilization
• Ensuring all site work is meeting HSE & safety requirements.
