• Responsibilities includes communicating with suppliers and finalizing the purchases of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment.
• Management of stock, as well as monitoring date of expiration of pharmaceuticals.
• Operating the system which includes functions such as record keeping of drugs dispensed and logging payments.
• Assisting customers in selecting appropriate medication and providing self-administration and consumption information, as well as following up on customer queries.
• In charge of locking up and opening of the pharmacy during shift. (Shift comprised of 8 working hours).
