I have 22 years of experience in project planning and 19 years in the oil and gas industry, where I have developed a strong expertise in project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

I hold credential from the Association for Project Management (APM) in Project Management which demonstrate my knowledge, skills, and professionalism in delivering successful projects. I am also proficient in using Primavera P6, Earned Value Management (EVM), Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and Management of Change (MOC) tools and techniques. Job overview

· Managing, leading, and controlling the project services activities (Planning, Cost, Risk and Change management) in one of the most PDO challenging portfolio with a budget equal to USD 3 Billion.

· Report the portfolio status to the Company directors and provide consultation on the way forward to support their decisions.

· Facilitate and participate in the top management Steering Committee Meetings with the contractors’ management team and present the project progress, productivity, trend, expectations, concerns and the suggest actions to be taken.

· Coaching and leading Twelve staff (Two cost engineers, three site planners, three senior planners and Four junior planners).

· Responsible for the development of my team (Twelve Staff).

· Focal point for risk assessment, update, and follow-up the project risk register.

· Focal point for the management of change and update the changes register.

· Run the probabilistic risk analysis using primavera risk analysis.

· Participate in all project assurance reviews and audits following shell standards.

· Participate in preparation of annual business plan and budget phasing including the do-ability.

· Prepare all the company’s planning procedures.

· Establish the progress measurement system.

· Participate in all bidding and tendering stages.

· Reviews and comment on Contractors' and Vendors' schedules.

· Monitor and manage the project interfaces and the shutdown activities.

· Follow up the project productivity and compare it with the standard productivity.

· Prepare master schedule for tendering phase. Identifying the contract milestones date.

· In charge of creating the project integrated schedule (Covering all phases) and ensure that its fully detailed, resource loaded and properly logic linked are produced.

· Undertakes project follow-up of progress monitoring, working to update the project schedule with actual input and activity progress; Issues the updated schedule status along with the trend analysis schedule showing forecast dates for group information purposes.

· Assist Project Managers in project delays analysis, identify delay reasons and provide corrective action suggestions.

· Prepares and issues the company weekly and monthly progress reports.

· Prepare exceptional reports such as “Trend analysis”, “Cost analysis”, “Activity behind Schedule" or the "Activity Due Plan" for the following week or month.
