1. Projects:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects across maintenance, design, and construction, ensuring timely delivery within budget and in compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations following organizational needs and requirements.
• Oversee the design and review of structural and infrastructure plans, ensuring alignment with requirements, engineering principles, and regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, BOQs, and progress updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Utilize engineering software and tools for design, planning, and project management activities.
• Major projects leading highlights: OMIFCO Office Building Project, OMIFCO Training and Services Center Project, OMIFCO Jetty Repair and Maintenance.

2. Maintenance:

• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and contractors on-site, coordinating daily operations and resolving technical challenges to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for existing structures, improving asset lifespan and reducing long-term costs.
• OMIFCO buildings maintenance, renovation and rehabilitation works.
• Plant unit structures repair and maintenance.
• Maintenance contracts management.

3. Technical Services:

• Planning and leading inspection activities to structural elements through standard NDT, SDT tests etc.
• Generating reports, findings and recommendation following assessment study.
• Management of change studies and implementation.

• Project’s construction schedules utilizing project management tools and techniques, ensuring timely completion.
• Supervised construction progress on-site, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly while maintaining management tools and safety protocols.
• Optimized construction costs by conducting value engineering assessments and identifying cost-effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues that arise during the construction phase to keep the project on track.

• Civil site engineer handling day-to-day construction activities on commercial project.
• QA/QC implementation following standard engineering practice.

• Supervision of day-to-day road construction works.
