  • Assigned as Contract Manager for PDO account with direct contrcat with contrcat team & UIK.
  • In charge for quality and safe execution for all cementing & Mud operation in Oman including Onshore and offshore operation ( PDO, OQ,OXY North and Muk,MOL,Petrotel,CCED,MEDCO, SHELL & ENI)
  • Identify service category and sign off on staffing model (multiskilling, remote operations, crew standardization)
  • Verify projected resource plan (assets, products and workforce)

  • Perform, consolidate and analyze job risk indexes and generate MOCs as needed
