Manage Effective Communications & Enhance PDO’s efforts through awards to local vendors in internal and external communication channels

● Prepare and present the Optimal Investment Program on the Sultanate of Oman Radio, which was designed to define the bases of In-Country Value

Develop and Work with relevant entities to ensure the existence of alignment and effective communication of PDO's strategies, plans, and areas of collaboration

● Develop 3 additional local vendors and ring-fence six opportunities for SMEs

Maximize Value Retained in Country related to Ring Fence scope to SME’s; identify a Vendor Development Scope to local vendors, increase SME's spend, act as first line support for all operational enquiries related to SME’s

● Manage to increase SME’s direct spend throughout different directorates by 7% for the last 2 years

Identify and Develop a Process in contracts that allow the main contractor to develop SMEs with additional tools to track training results and outcomes.

● Build a robust SME list that main contractors can depend on while rewarding allocation spend

● Prepare and established new training programs such as PMP, Value engineering and maintain practice for various government sectors which led to increase training revenue of OSE by 30%.

● Plan and execute calendar-year events which include participating in international forums. Director at the biggest event in GCC for engineers and mange to secure highest income in OSE history.

● Coaching and Building Capacity of OSE staff, and develop their skills to carry out OSE duties

● Facilitating all Board meetings including agenda preparation, writing MOM and tracking actions

● Representing OSE in international connections, whether by presenting working papers or participating in various exhibitions and conferences

Develop and manage associated new conceptual design for a well with two string that can inject and produce at the same time (TDSD)

Assess & manage new technology of casing patches to control steam break through effect from nearby injectors.
