A transformational Executive with 20+ years of experience in the oil and gas and construction industry. Very solid experience in production operations, maintenance and projects management. Graduated in 1999 from the university of Sheffield, UK with BEng honor degree in Chemical process engineering and fuel technology. Worked for PDO in operations for more than 7 years. Lead multi-functional teams and was part of the field operations management. Joined Sohar Aluminum during the start-up phase and contributed heavily in start-up preparation, operations personal recruitment and start-up process and later on plant operations. Was among the first staff to join Petrogas Rima during establishment and operations take over from PDO for Rima small fields in 2008. Contributed heavily in all aspects of the initial take over throughout field operations. Created HSE "Believe Club" for Petrogas to focus in behavioral based safety. Received three MEED rewards for successful Oil and Gas projects
