I am a self-motivated and hard working person, who works well in a team or as an individual. My proven background in higher education shows the dedication I have to education, especially with my long academic experience. During my career I have held positions that show that I am able to use my own initiative and communicate well. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Proven leadership skills, including developing and motivating staff to achieve their objectives. My passion is teaching mathematics and physics and also developing curriculum to suit the college training needs.
