• Working as Associate Tax in Tax department and Tax operations.
• Responsible for handling accounting and auditing work that includes bank
reconciliation, payment, petty cash, receipts, payroll follow up/recovery.
• Write and prepare transaction related documentation and marketing materials including information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and market data and analyses.
• Research and contact potential financial and strategic buyers
• Serve as critical team member in the execution of advisory and financing transactions
• Perform in-depth company and industry research supporting specific client engagements and marketing opportunities
• Perform financial modeling, including valuation assessments
• Communicate with clients for contracting process
• Engage directly with client and prospect business representatives
• Manage Client Relationship System, by updating the system with data of clients, prospects, contacts, business opportunities, and services.

• Making the list of all items to be reconciled from OIFC & Omantel
Statements, Electricity & Water Report, and segregating which is excess or
short processed.
• Preparing final bank reconciliation statement.
